Starting to do some stress testing using OCCT just wanna know whats recommended:D

Basically OCCT test the processor, memory or both. Small data sets stress the processor cores extensively, while large data sets test the memory. Using the "medium" setting usually strikes a good balance between memeory and processor tests, this setting is usually used to test overall overclocking stability.

if u do a mouseover on the option or read the faq, for 'large' it says it stresses all aspect of the pc ie cpu, rams etc..

for myself, i always go for large at an hr..
