Will 850W handle a GTX590?

Just wondering if my PSU will handle a gtx590 along with a q9550 oc'ed to 4ghz... on a ep45-ud3p board... sry im a noob..

It should handle a single card but we'll have to wait for the specs to see its power draw under full load.

I would assume so because an 850 can handle dual 560s. One can only guess for now.

Yes it would do the job nicely..

I run a Q9550 @ 3.9GHz and GTX480 @ 850/1025MHz on CM Real Power M620W PSU which in reality has only 520W on 12+ rail (43A) and your PSU has over 70A of pure 12+ rail power..

i am going to say yes. My 580 under load overclocked a lot draws around 450W, CPU is like 170W max oc'd. so even if everything in your comp is under load it should be fine. i cant imagine that the increase in power draw on the 590 will be over 500W.
