Yeah, don't see why anyone hasn't noticed. Your CPU is a huge bottleneck.

Irregardless of it being unlocked to a quad the 550BE doesn't have enough juice at all to run Crysis at a playable framerate at such a huge resolution.

Especially at 1080p. Get up to like 3.5-3.7Ghz and you will see a huge increase in FPS.

How on earth did you manage to get your GPU usage so low? My GPU usage is at 99 constantly on Crysis Warhead, I enable Vsync, same story, 99% usage. Infact almost every game I go on uses far too much than is required... Maybe I'm doing something wrong :O!

The original crysis for me, doesn't even touch on 65fps! More like 17-40fps!

So Ï've got Disk E:/ 500GB Classic. And D:/ 1000GB Stripped. And on that Stripped disk I've got games. (better loading and something like that) but as it I think about that. Maybe the response time could be slow? I now going to run some tests and see if it will be faster on my SSD or not.

However thank you for idea.

Is this crysis game off of steam? if so, go into steam and then verify game cache intergrety. it was jumpy in GTA 4 a few times ran this and it worked fine, no jumps or freezes smile.gif
