The motherboards will be fixed, and the fanboys will continue to hate well before we see any concrete numbers from Bulldozer. A lot of companies like TigerDirect gave all their customer FREE SATA controllers to hold them over until the new motherboards are released.
The fanboys can call Sandy Bridge a major fail, yet, what does AMD have RIGHT NOW that even comes close to Sandy Bridge's performance? If Sandy Bridge is a major fail, than ALL current AMD processor are an EPIC FAILURE, since nothing AMD has RIGHT NOW even comes close to what SB has to offer.
A trip into AMDZone shows how despicable these people are rejoicing on a chipset bug, hoping that Sandy Bridge get screwed, wishing Intel going Bankrupt. Everybody keeps drinking their Haterade, and we have one of their spokesman here in this very thread. It's sad really.
Until Bulldozer is released, all these fanboys can do is hate and HOPE that what AMD claims BD to be on paper will deliver. Like some posters have put it, they hate being 2nd best ( especially out of only 2 choices )
Remember that the 6970 prior to its release was "rumored" to be 40% - 50% faster than the 580, and we all know how that turned out. Who has the fastest SINGLE GPU out right now? Not AMD
Who has the fastest processors out RIGHT NOW, not AMD, too bad, so sad, stop hating.Edited by 2010rig - 2/15/11 at 11:28am
