They dont tighten but they wrap completely around the wire and they hold very well. Heres a pic of one. Plus you dont need anchor points to secure the wires to like with zip-ties since you create the anchor by attaching the adhesive back to the case.

They look pretty nice I wished they were about half the length though.

In the spare holes of the motherboard tray. If the current locations dont work out, you can always make new ones

They hold up to a single pcie 8-pin cable, or multiple smaller cables depending on size.

Those clips look pretty good, how do you anchor them to your case? Rivets?

Thats not a bad idea then we could keep a list of all the different types of clips/ties/clamps.

I tried doing cable mangement with zip ties in my Antec 902 but there is no where to put the excess cables on a non modular PSU in that case.

Not a fan of screws going into my Mobo tray. I'll stick to the real poor man's solution: duct tape. just kidding. +rep for finding something I might actually use though.
