Howdy.

You might like Risen.

If you are okay with Steam, it is available there.

Oblivion is more open world, and you feel more alone in that game. I liked it though.

Divinity II.

Drakensang The Dark Eye

Drakensang The River of Time

Oblivion is a bit different from DA, open world, on your own rather than in a party, so many mods you will never finish them all...

If you havent already, dig up the past and get KOTOR 1 and 2. Very similar games, aswel as Mass Effect 1 + 2.

I would strongly recommend Fallout 3 with mods, your rig would handle the high res texture mods and they are beautiful combined with weather mods etc turns it into a 10/10 game. Stunning

Oblivion, you mean?

I suppose it depends on how you define 'good'.

Weapons, Armor, Magic? Obviously you did not get very far at all. There are so many... all I can say is play it.

Get the GOTY edition if you can.

Go to TESNexus for an amazing amount of just about any kind of mod you can think of.

Again, it depends on what you want.

I had over 700 hours into Oblivion.

Risen took about 60 hours, Divinity Ego Draconis about 60 hours, Divinity The Dragon Knight Saga about 30 hours, Drakensang the Dark Eye about 30 hours, Drakensang The River of Time about 40 hours.

great games with combat similar to Dragon age.

Also check out neverwinter nights 2. No other Rpgs in recent history have as fleshed out of a world as this. Your allies and enemies are fleshed out extremely well and are more than your standard stereotypes. The plot is impossible to guess and keeps you guessingin without pulling any twists. Its more of i should have seen that coming but i didnt. Then the expansion mask of the betrayer kicks the series to new heights continuing the story of the original campaign.

stay away from oblivion if you want a decent story with good characters and dialogue. If you want an open world to roam around in, you cant go wrong with it though.
