MAN! TY GUYS FOR THE SUPER FAST REPLY!!!!
ok so i tryed 19xsomething for 4.0 i didnt like what i got for my ram speed/the temps still BUT i was able to back off on the vcore ALOT!
so0o0o 19x200 = 3.8 1.255v rams running at 1603 i want to keep the ram at stock speeds and just get better timings. idle temps seem about the same maybe a little lower but under Prime95 its not jumping right up 2 80+ but still high 70s touching 80
also i added my computers specs to my sig

You should make your own thread about this though, dont want to hijack this one

EDIT: that is HOT though, you should really solve this problem ASAP or your CPU will hate you
i have already no1 knows..
vcore is 1.26
used noctua paste, AS5 and shin etsu all at different times, took the whole pc apart made sure the back plate bolts where fully in.. done everything, better stop before i hijack this thread.. outtiii

Can you tell us your batch number? There are certain batches that have higher leakage than others, resulting in higher temps.

Usally, cpu's that need really low voltage to work ( low VID ), produce more heat than the others.
From some seach, B batches are, generally, hotter than A batches.

But, from what i see, yours isn't a low VID, high leakage cpu... so you should consider if the cooler is installed correctly and if had the thermal paste correctly ( too much will not improve cooling, in fact, it will have the adverse effect ... the same as too little or if you didn't distribute it evenly )

I will have to find the box its in a hole somewhere hanging out with the devil in my closet this was my first PC build i dont think i was making a cake when i put the paste on iv heard of all kinds of ways to apply thermal paste some make a line some do a dot i just put a dot and evenly distributed it with a bankcard think i should re-seat?

You got 2 choices

pay the AMD taxes, or pay the AMD consequences

Do you have any of your voltages @ auto settings? More specifically, you are using qpi vtt and vcore with manual values correct?

Can you please tell us the qpi vtt voltage you are using?
