Asus Maximus 3 Formula problem

So recently my computer got totally fried, i mean practically everything died and got replaced by the warranty. So now i have finally ALL of the pieces back. Most of it is my sig rig.
Now the only change, was that i got a i5-760 back, instead of my i5-750. And the sad part? It would seem that the mobo doesnt support it untill a bios update, which i cant do because i dont have a supported cpu. And it gets stuck @ boot at the part where every single item in the case powers up @ 100%. And doesn't get past that. And the power light shows "cpu"

Are there any suggestions on what i could do?

It should still work and get booted, it will probably get the multiplier wrong and displayed the wrong info but thats bout it.
