Hmm, It cant hurt, it's not a huge price, but I've been reading some people saying multiplayer is extremely buggy, is this true?

Depends per person and server. I've been on just crappy servers, but I've also had harsh problems on servers that work perfectly fine on my other PC's.

In general though, yes, they are. But then again, it's still beta.

No, it isn't. It looks like 1996 threw up on MSPaint, it's confusing as all hell, it lacks a simple flash light, and it's only a beta.

I bought it but do not think its a great as everyone says it is. It is indeed buggy and to me at least feels like its missing a good deal of content to keep the game interesting for me.

I really only played it for 3-4 days after buying it. Its a bit repetitious and does not really feel like it rewards you very much for all the effort and time you wind up putting into it.

Plus I hate the combat system, mobs/creepers are after you all the time and the rate at which they attack you greatly overpowers your ability to fight them off. It winds up becoming a hiding game.

There is fun to be had with it though, I just hope there is more content/revisions to come soon.

You have to invent your own fun within the rules of the game. That said, it takes a lot of work and a lot of creativity to make the game worth it. I gave up after a while of boringly mining for iron.
