Cant find suitable case!

post #1 of 20
Thread Starter
Ok so i've done my research and this is what i'd like.

1. Dual RAD capability (360 or 480) (MUST FIT INTERNALLY)
2. Black interior
3. Side window as big as possible
4. One directional airflow (preferrrably bottom intake and top exhaust but front intake and rear exhaust is ok) <--- Tell me if this is silly :/
5. Cable management! loving the
6. no or removable HDD and OPTICAL bays (See below)

HDD bays should be removable because the computer will have no mechanical drives only SSD's and at this point only one. Optical drive is also optional. I would remove it from the system if it were more visually appealing as I rarely ever use CD's and it would be more like me to use the optical drive in my storage computer and copy any files I need over the network or onto USB

Hit me with your best shot and feel free to bring up any problems you might see with my wants

GO!

Don't know how much money you're looking to spend, but an 800D could fit dual 360s with removal of HDD cage and a bit of modification.

360= 800d, HAF932 and I think the NZXT Phantom
480=Custom made or Mountain Mods

1. Dual RAD capability <--- where?
2. Black interior <---
3. Side window <--- 5/10
4. One directional airflow <--- nope
5. Cable management! <--- they have some holes but I wouldn't call it cable management

Thanks for your suggestion though might be suitable for someone

No cable management as far as I can see in those cases. not even sure where you would put a 480 on these cases most I saw was triple fan config and the prices don't seem to justify the product.

Hmm that could work because I do like that case. What exactly would I need to mod is there a guide or vid for it?

Ok so in the TJ07 the idea would be to put dual 360 or 480 in the bottom section and have it suck in one side and out the other? Jesus that case fits dual 480 so easily.

With the TJ11 what are the main differences? I see that the bottom section has less mesh and would probably reduce airflow? And the TJ11 has a rotated motherboard?
