Where did you get this? Admirals and X-Changers are totally different series. And they were manufactures in different places. The last you saw of Admiral(that modular stuff) is not German made.

In the second part of the interview (I think) with TFC's owners, they outright said that the Admirals are made in Germany. I don't know if they were talking about the prototypes, but that was what was said.

Why does it seem like the new cooling design harks back to the oil style radiators of thermaltake fame?

I thought it was established that the parallel systems we have in place currently work pretty damn well?
