Hello I need to overclock my cpu to increase frame rate in games im completely new to this so please bare with me.

I ran into a snag I can't seem to find the IOH Voltage I was hoping someone could help me figure out some of these Biostar motherboard BIOS settings so I can set them correctly.

I been reading the 3 step OC guide and first im suppose to set IOH to 1.3V-1.35V but I cant find that setting all I have available in the voltage area are.

CPU Vcore Voltage
CPU VTT Voltage
CPU PLL Voltage
DRAM Voltage
PCH Voltage
IGD Voltage

By any chance are any of those IOH?

I do have VTT but it' not showing as +0.2v like in the guide, in my BIOS it's shown as 1.169v the closest I could find was 2.005v should I go with that one?

I have a BIOSTAR TH55B HD Ver. 6 with the latest BIOS my specs are.

Intel i3 530 CPU
Biostar TH55B Motherboard
2GB Patriot 1333mhz Ram
Galaxy GTX460
Corsair 600w PSU
1 DVD Burner 1 Hard Drive

What is a safe VTT to start with so I can begin overclocking I couldnt find anything related to IOH in the manual so I guess ill just skip it.

Right now VTT is at 1.169v is that ok or should I lower it or raise it?

IOH is 1366, you're looking for PCH

Not really good with safe voltage.. considering my track record with intel cpu lifespan I'll let someone else post.

Ok I just left the voltages stock and raised the bclock to 165mhz 22x mutiplier reaching 3.64mhz on stock vcore 1.176v.. I ran 1 pass of memtest 0 errors and passed 1 hour of prime 95 no errors either does that seem about right?

Are this voltages ok? thats how they were at stock so I set them that way.

Vcore 1.176v
VTT 1.169.v
Dram 1.661v <---suppose to be 1.5v but no such option in bios

Highest core temp was 62c with stock heatsink but my Hyper 212 should be shipping soon am hoping to hit 4ghz once I have it.
