Delay a program from starting?

I use Sapphire Trixx to overclock my graphics cards, It all works fine but if I set it to load with windows and automatically apply the new core clocks and core voltage I get a BSOD.

Problem is related to the Lucid Hydra chip that my motherboard has, If Trixx changes the core clocks and voltage BEFORE the Lucid Hydra driver loads the BSOD occurs.

If I allow the Lucid Driver to fully load and change the core speed/voltage manually everything plays nicely together.

Trixx is stand alone and does not require an installer, Is there a way to delay it so that it starts AFTER the Lucid Hydra driver has loaded?
