How to stop sleepy HDD when paired with a SSD?

Thread Starter
I just setup my rig with Win7 32bit, a SSD boot drive and a RAID 1 volume (2 x 2tb spinpoint f4) for storage. A small problem I'm having is the HDDs go to sleep while I'm working in Word and I have a 10-15 second delay when I save documents to the HDDs. When I save I can hear the HDDs spin up before the document gets written. Is there a setting change I can make in Win7 to keep the HDDs "hot"?
