QFT Mobile computing is more interesting right now because the refreshes happen so much faster. I wonder how long they can sustain this pace. Moore's Law is usually loosely correlated with double the performance every two years or so but at Nvidia's proposed pace, 5x every year?!?! The sad thing is that at this pace, any new tablet or smartphone is going to be outdated in just a few months...

Since 2006 video cards and their processing power skyrocketed till about now. They've advanced so far, so quickly over the past 4 years. Not that they didn't before, but it's been so significant inbetween 06 and about '10. It's kind of come to a dull now if not a stop.
I'd say the same or at least similar will happen here.
