Would 2x Black Ice GT Stealth 280 Radiator be good enough or one is enough?

That should do just fine, heck even a 3x 140mm rad should do fine.

Don't stack radiators. One 360 would work great.

it should work just fine on a 360 or those dual 280s you speak of, but stacking is not recomended as it adds the heat of the first one onto the 2nd one.

I wouldn't use a 140mm radiator unless you have too. Even through the fans are larger they often push less air than their 120mm counterparts. See Martin's testing.

They also have a much lower resale value and don't fit into nearly as many cases.

Thank You very much guys for quick response. My only problem is that, i am not able to fit a 360 radiator into my case (already using one to cool cpu,sb and nb) i have only space for a 2 fan radiator, eather 140mm or 120mm.

I hope you realize the degree of insanity you have reached by SLI'ing GTX 580's and water cooling them.
