Gaming in moderation is an essential and healthy stress reliever. Other people smoke, do drugs, consume alcohol, commit theft, break someone's nose, drive recklessly, accumulate STDs, exercise their hands, bake their brains in a sauna, read celebrity magazines, go on shopping sprees, chuck paint over a canvass and call it art, etc...
Don't hate the game or the gamer.
