What are your intentions for it? Will this be for gaming? If so what kind?

That pc has roughly the same specs as my old desktop/newest server.

Its a pretty good card... I ran with it for quite a while until I bought 2 465 GTXs.

It was decommissioned; put in a box with twin 6600GS cards for about 4 days. Then it wound up back into my new rig as a Physx Card.

So it is worth having around.

That's a crappy deal as I sold something that would destroy that setup for less.

The GPU should only sell for a maximum of $30. Any more and it's a ripoff as you can get a 9800GTX for roughly $50 these days.

Are you looking at buying the whole PC or just the video card? It's important to know if its just the OC'ed 8800GTS 640MB or the SSC which has 112 sp. With an OC the SSC is just a touch behind the 9800GTX and actually better in games with huge textures or higher res where 512MB isn't enough VRAM. But Imglidinhere is mostly right I'd say $30-40 depending on which model it is exactly.
