GTX 460M Heaven Benchmark Results

Thread Starter
This is the MOBILE GTX 460 mind you. I turned up AA to x2 to hopefully coax out a bit more of the given Vram to some success. Most I saw used spiked up to 900MB out of the 1.5GB so it was a decent success. I am very happy about this score.

Mind you, this is with the overclock of 775/1550/3000 I have over the stock 675/1350/2500 it has.

That's not bad.

GTX 460M is equivalent to a GTS 450, which scores slightly higher.

OP: What'd you use to overclock? I tried using MSI Afterburner, but it only changes my memory clock, and doesn't even change my core and shader.

Now that my overclocking issue has been sorted out, here are some of my results:

Stock: 675 core, 1350 shader, 1250 memory.
OC'ed: 825 core, 1650 shader, 1475 memory.

I didn't overclock as much as the OP did, and my results weren't as good, but he's running it at a lower resolution with replication disabled (couldn't find that option anywhere).

Is it actually stable? Play a variety of games and if one artifacts, it's unstable. I had it at 850/1700/3000 at first and it played fine in a couple games but there were others that it glitched in and I reduced it to 825, same thing, so on and so forth until I got back down to 775.

It was barely stable for me. It was on the borderline of having the driver crash. Some weird things here and there, but for the most part, it was fine. I actually brought things down to 800/1600/1450 just to be on more of the safe side.
