Looks good. Running in parallel makes it so the volts don't change per load, but increases the overall amps drawn from the source. Running in series causes the volts to drop with each consecutive load, but the amps pulled remain the same as if you had only one fan. Running in series is generally a bad idea for most anything because it frequently causes loads to get less power than they need.

parallel electrically means that each terminal of your fan(s) connect directly to the power supply's terminal.
So from your PSU's 12v+ terminal, all three fans connect directly.
From your PSU's 0V (ground) terminal, all three fans connect directly.

Simple as that, the point is, they all have the same voltage, and given that power supplies source voltage (maintain a steady 12v+ supply), each fan is powered at full power

cool. well check out my PSU's specs but i think that i can draw up to 30A per 12v rail. but not to worry as these(AP15's) only pull .83 per fan.

How else are you going to wire them? I've never heard of anyone running their fans in series? I would have just spliced them together so that you only have two connections instead of what you have now.

You know how when one christmas light goes out it takes out a few others? Thats because they are in series, well series-parallel technically.

yes but what i have now means that i dont have to cut into my fan cables. wich is great if i ever need to change them. (GT 2150's anyone XD)

With three wire fans in parallel, I only connect one of the sense wires. The other two are connected parallel. The motherboard will get the tachometer signal from only the fan with sense connected. Otherwise it could get "confused".

But for pwm four wire fans, I don't know what would be best.

Note, there are "gangable" pwm fans available.
