Temperatur Software Readings

Thread Starter
Hi guys, I am a bit confused on which software shows me the correct temperature readings.
I heard PC Probe is not accurate...although RealTemp shows the second core temp identical, any thoughts?

Thanks

General rule I follow is to only use RealTemp. PC Probe is unbelievably inaccurate, so much in fact that it can tell you (and send an alarm) that your CPU temp and NB temps are 1000c.

thanks skitz

i thought so yes. For real temp display, none of them shows me an average but i guess you can read out from it easily the average

to the core speed, CPU-Z and AI Suite show similar MHz, but Real temp is more fluctuating in numbers, is it also more accurate in this regard?

Real Temp is pretty accurate, or at least accurate enough to gauge if you're in trouble or not. You always want to make sure you are looking your min and max temps; no averages needed.
