It BSODs in the Win7 installer. Ergo, not caused by software.

I'm at 1204. Tried both stock and 1253, no effect.

Not sure if I can. But if the mobo is yet again the culprit, I'm gonna try my best to change it.

Have you swaped out any other components?
Tried fiddling with ram and tried placing the graphics card in the second slot. As suspected, it had no effect. I could try to use another gpu, but honestly, it's not worth the hassle. I'm just gonna go to the shop (yet again) and let the techs figure out if it's the cpu or the mobo. Hopefully, it's gonna be covered by the warranty.

Asus really gets on my nerves with all the problems they have with their boards lately.
Oh yeah. Did they even test them properly before the release? Sure doesn't seem like it.

These ******* morons at the store... I gave them the cpu+ram+board at Thursday (or Wednesday, I'm not sure), took it back today and the tech told me they... wait for it... changed the bios and now it's working ok. So I come back, it's the same 1204 bios that I had (why did they even bother to reflash????) and it still crashes and the event viewer still shows the same error. I wanna kill somebody They probably didn't even bother doing anything - they reflashed the bios, ram speed on stock p8p67 is 1333, then they ran windows for 24 hours, of course, nothing crashed. Incompetent ****s.
