I already saw that you got your cooler but +1 for the Noctua NH-D14 kept my CPU at 52C or below with a 3.9GHZ OC during a 24 hour prime95 test

A little hard for CPU, but u already use it. Next time use isosprophyl alcohol or normal alcohol with a coffee filter and toilet paper.

Regarding the time stress test, 12 hours or more is recommendable for full stability. You can do it overnight.

If you have the money to get a good 1600 RAM kit CL7 or CL8, is a good option if you want go higher that 3.6GHZ.

The problem is the RAM. It's generic 1333 and holding you back due to bus clock overclocking. Not to mention it's not even running close to rated settings here at 960Mhz. However cheap alternatives do exist as of now i.e. G.Skill Ripjaws 1600 CL9 only $75 shipped after promo that might be worth considering if you have the cash, they'll definitely help you get to your full potential.
