hmm so while you will be wiating for BD you still could buy a 6850 some samsung f3 500 gb hdd, nice 500/600 wats psu (enermax, seasonic, corsair, antec. all miansteam series) 212+ coolermaster cpu cooler and some decent 4gb ram (bulldozer will need that thing, it will be bandwidth hungry beast, phenoms have a support up to 1333 MHz rams BD will have support up to 1866 MHz ofc you could still overclock but this just shows how much it will need ) and wait for the bulldozer and when it comes out (i assume that it will be not bad priced) buy 3moduled (6 core) + some mainstream mobo for it
but best deal will be to buy all when bulldozer will be out. maybe prices will drop on gpus, maybe ram will drop even more, or speed up with same price tag as present value craps. you still got some time.

Its 4 physical cores, 8 is from the hyper threading.

Bulldozer is the new line up coming from AMD in a few months. Should be quite impressive for AMD.

Pretty much this. It seems kind of rude at first but he's right. The hardware landscape changes quickly. A proposed solid build today will look much different a month from now. Price changes, new hardware coming out, hardware being re-released. July is a world away.

That doesn't mean it is too early to start looking and learning. Rather you can build it yourself is up to you. I start to say of course you can, it isn't all that hard is quite fun and can be very rewarding. That is if you enjoy it. I quite enjoy building upgrading and maintaining my own computers. It's not for everybody though, what I find enjoyable you might find a tedious, time consuming pain in the backside.

A quick look down your list.

i5 2500K looks good today but who knows by July. i5 760 might save a few bucks and still give you a very solid CPU but honestly my local prices I can get the 2500K for $10 more than I paid for my 760 and it outperforms it by quite a bit so why not. Pricing for you might be different and pricing and what's available will most definitely change by July.

RAM: I say go 4 GB and if you still feel you need the 8 pick that up as an upgrade down the road. If you absolutely have to have 8 now get 2 X 4GB.

GPU: GPU landscape changes even faster than anything else. 5870 was a very nice card yesterday. 6870 & 460's are solid cards today..... Build your computer than spend every last dime left in your budget on purchasing the single best GPU you can afford.

HDD: 250 ?? Your kidding right. Go at least 500 GB. Pricing right now I'd go with a Samsung F3 1 TB http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16822152185

Cooling: First build I'd stay away from water to start with. Tight budget Hyper 212+ is hard to beat for the money and something like it or a Corsair A70, Mugen 2 or otherwise good $30 cooler anyway would be a good place to start. Give you a solid cooler but if you choose to upgrade your not into it for a lot and you might just find that there isn't any cause to upgrade.

- I saw some cpu-gpu relation bottlenecks that will reduce the performance of gaming.. pls enlighten me..
There is almost always a bottleneck somewhere. If your GPU can process things faster than your CPU can send it stuff to process then you have a CPU bottleneck. If your CPU can send stuff for your GPU to process faster than it can process it than the GPU is a bottleneck. You shoot for a well matched pair but really this subject gets way more hype than is needed IMO.

- Is nVidia-Intel or ATI-AMD are they combos? i heard that those combos give good performance.. is it true?
utter rubbish

Quote:
- Is there any going-to-be released hardware that i can take into consideration?
Of course. As already covered July is a long ways away, everything will change by then.

No, it's really not something that needs to be worried about alot. Maybe if you were looking at running that 6850 off a Pentium 4 or trying to run SLI 580's off an i3. Something along those lines it would become an issue. Otherwise no need to waste time worrying about it.
