One of the best, tried and tested, is my board, ASUS crosshair III Formula. Also the crosshair 4 extreme (not formula, they have some issues). If your budget is tighter, and you dont need a true extremist board, then something like the ASUS M4A89TD Pro or even M4A79T Deluxe, M4A89GTD Pro. Pretty much any 8+2 power setup. But obviously the 2 ROG boards aare preference as they are really easy to OC. I know MSI's 890FXA-GD65 and Gigabytes GA-890FXA-UD7 and UD5 as well as 790FX Ud7 and UD5 are also very good. There is even 1 or 2 from Biostar but i am a ASUS fan
But any of those will be good. What exactly are you looking for besides Extreme OCing?
I would look for a board that is very uncluttered around the CPU area (Mosfets to NB to RAM) That whole area needs insulating so the less clutter the easier it is. My board is super easy because of that. Make sure that the Mosfets also have heatsinks, Preferably on a heatpipe to the Northbridge, just to help keep the heat generated a bit more even. Heatpipe is not a requirement though, But the heatsink is.
