How good is Lian Li / Lancool customer service for USA customers?

How easily reachable are they?

it isn't all that good/easy, but what kind of customer service would you need for a case?

Defects in the I/O panel, a power/reset switch and a fan that may not be good - things like that.

i suggest returning the case for a new one if you can

i tried using their email thing and they never ever email me back nor is their email ever empty

That's all good and fine within a small amount of time in the first couple of weeks, but then if it's later then what?

It's a case, there isn't really anything that can go wrong over time that would be covered by warranty anyway. The only things are like you said, fans or fan controller, and who uses the stock fans anyway?

To a good extent I agree but it would be nice if they "were there" for their customers concerns if needed.

I was after some extra screws for my Lian Li, so after trying the contact form on their website, I received an email saying that the message had bounced. I just forwarded it on to the shop I bought the case from, explaining what had happened, and they were more than happy to help me.

Makes some other customer service departments even though bad look good.
