Hi guys, first time poster.
I just registered but have used the forums before as a guide and found them very useful.

I just bought the following card for my pc and wanted to know if anyone out there knows that the most stable oc is for this card.

Also can you guys tell me if this card is decent for gaming too.
Hopefully someone knows the info I need.

Thankyou in advance.

Bro these cards post huge numbers. every card is different though. i am getting around 32k in 3dmark at 55C put the voltage in afterburner to 1.087 and push the core up by 10 until unstable then back now 20. bring your memory up the same way. there is a happy medium in proformance but thats user specific. test with occt or kombuster... whatch your temps, you most likely wont have an issue with the card just better safe than sorry

Thanks man!
That really helps, I was undecided on this card at first but thought Nvidia would be a better option to go with rather then the ATI 6850, was told there isnt much difference between the two.

actually there is a huge difference between them. but it depends on your personal preference as to what your wanting out of your graphic's. yes i am a nvidia fan boy, but when recommending a video card i look at what they are going to be doing with it. work, gaming, net, cad, coral draw x5, all other stuff before saying anything as sometimes an ATI will kick the crap out of a nvidia card and vice versa.

how ever in your choice i will say the GTX460 seems to do a nice job at games and i hope you enjoy the eye candy.
