OK so I'm trying to defeat overcurrent protection on my GTX470, I did as this diagram shows in the attachment.

However, anything above 1.10v and my PC shuts off and restarts while benching. So OCP seems to still be in affect here.

Basically all I did was put a blob of solder and spread it across the top of the resistor effectively jumping the two points. It's the only way I could do it without getting solder to contact any other points around the resistor as everything is soooo close!

Any ideas? I know it's not the PSU because just a few weeks ago this PSU handled 5850 trifire without issues.
