he electrons and what not die out fast either way over time, and it all dries up. You should, once a month, let the battery die out to about 10-20% and then let it charge to 100% + an additional 30 minutes or so. Then continue with use and never let it drop below 50% or so until the next month. I've been following that rule like a freakin life commandment.
Its just a battery man, you don't have to treat it like your life depends on it. Use it for whats its made and replace it whenever it has ran its course. I do try to cycle my batteries once a month etc but when it comes down to the practical side of things I just use it and accept that it will need replaced one day. Its not even like they are super expensive now days either.
