so which gpu can work good with my psu?
Today morning I took the price of hd5770,it was very cheap so I was thinking of buying that.
I dont think any card below hd5770 should be good enough for gaming.

Honestly i'd save and get a decent psu first then get a graphics card, if that psu you have dies it could potentially fry the whole computer. It's cheaper to replace a cheapo power supply with a quality one then a whole computer.

I got a 5770 on my sig rig at 1000/1375 with my E7200 OC'd to 3.56. And my psu is a 500w Cooler Master Extreme P.O.S. You will have no problems running a 5770 on a 500w supply. The box recommends a 430w supply. I would get a good quality PSU before you try pushing anything too far.

what about corsair cx400 for a good cheap psu?
I wont run cross fire so I wont need high end psu

But you can't easily tell what your power supply is doing under the scenes, especially with ripple.
The cx400 is a nice power supply.

edit: what the cooler master 500w does: At 100v we see the 12v rails rise over the 120v results to 138mV. This carries over to the minor rails which move up to 82mV for the 5v rail and 77mV for the 3.3v rail.

I know a customer who is VERY LUCKY, and he ran SLI 8800gts for like 2 years on a generic 650watt with 15amps on the 12 volt. Running it is fine, it's just a bit of a risk because we do not know if it can handle it or not.

Got proof to back that up? I've had the PSU in my system for 6 months and it's been running solid, review on it here http://www.hardwaresecrets.com/article/550
