I think the 212 refers to 2 x 120mm fans which would apply to both. The PLUS (or +) signifies the new and improved version which makes perfect sense to me. Using 213 would be confusing. Since CM stopped manufacturing the 212 when they started the 212+ there shouldn't be any problem. Similar to the new 690 II case (sometimes referred to as the 692). The naming scheme makes perfect sense and should be clear to anyone looking at them.

i have the hyper 212+ installed now for like 2 days i ran "burn int test max temp" to try stress it rnought o get a max temp from it and the highest i got after 15 min 5 min longer then the actual test time was 54 deg c i give it a big thumb.gif anyone looking for a cheap but good air cooler here it is .... HYPER 212+ biggrin.gif
