Quick question, I'm about to place the order and my friend like this case a lot: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16811119203

My only question is if it's roomy enough to fit everything? I was planning on getting the Antec 300 which is a staple for gaming builds. Also, if anyone has experience with the case in regards to cooling and wire management, that would be awesome. Thanks again!

EDIT: Also which CPU fan is better? http://www.tigerdirect.com/applicati...x9D7ASPCvo2e.g

I have that case and love it, but had to cut a few holes to get the cable management where I wanted it (super ocd). If you take your time, the results will be good. Antec 300 has horrible cable management. A great case with awesome cable management would be this Lian Li K58 for $80 shipped (xd can confirm), or if you have the budget, the Lian Li K62 can be had for $90 (today only - 2/26 promo ends). It is the same case as the k58, but the interior is painted black and it comes with more fans).

This is what the CM310 can look like with a little time with a dremmel and some black paint: Modded the front panel and added some holes in the mobo tray for better wire management.

With my old cooler:

Elite 310 looks good, but between that and Rosewill Destroyer and HEC Blitz (the latter two both having free shipping so $10 cheaper) I'd choose the latter two - for the bottom PSU and cable management.

Badwrench: Ooh, nice find on the K62! The K58W is a great case as well definitely, I snatched that back in September and it's the greatest. Cable management is no problem, the holes are in exactly the right place (at least for my motherboard), there's plenty of room, and the tool-less/silent features are absolutely awesome.

I actually re-did my cable management lately, I'm going to upload it to let you have a look so you can see how you could get it to work:

This is now running 3 HDDs (counting the SSD) and 2 DVD drives. The hard drive cage is 90 degrees rotated (or it can be mounted otherwise). With upcoming upgrades such as an NH-D14 it could only get better.

I second the Blitz case. Great case for the $$. I suggested the Lian Li's because they are my current favorite out there right now.

xd: Looks good. For not being sleeved, the routing looks great. I would say 8.5/10 (I only give 9 and up to fully sleeved rigs )
Did you get better temps after the 90 deg. rotation on the HDD cage?

This isn't the Rate your Cable management thread...
It gets tough when your SATA power cables are really short between the plugs and you have more of a focus on airflow rather than hiding things
I rotated the HDD cage 90 degrees from the moment the case left the box.... so I never really bothered to check
