amd vs intel comparison - Page 4

In my opinion, AMD is better than Intel for gaming purpose. Previously, I used to have Intel motherboard and processor but each year I have to update my PC so that I can play latest games. Currently, I am using AMD Quad Core for more than year and in my opinion, its the best as I can still play latest games with it. Recently, I installed Test Drive Unlimited 2 and I am able to play it with high configuration settings smoothly.

I am personally supporting amd until they are number one. I am doing this because I believe in competition, not out of fanboyism.

I could really care less about benchmarks because unless you're sitting there running them all day, the real world difference is minimal at best. Once amd takes the number one spot from intel, I will be switching and I will not give a rats ass if the intel benches worse than the amd at the time.

I would hate to see either one of them go under because a monopoly would not be good for anybody.

I might be a little on the retarded side for doing it this way, and I'm sure that neither company is even close to the edge of extinction, but I don't care.
