There is a promo code. This card has been this price for a while with a rebate. The rebate is gone but now there is a promo code! Even better.

Last of the good reference cards.

Look at my sig

However, this is a good deal for those who have one and want another. I had one when they first came out for $500.

These also can run 6 screen, my 570?

I would definitely buy the 6870 over the 5870 because of the improved features and lower price. At the end of the day, performance difference between the two are very, very minimal.

I'm staying strong with my 4870 because I don't have money for all of these new cards! x]

No way, a 6870 would choke doing what the 5870 E6 is intended to do.

There are more eyefinity videos using only 1 6870 to view...just search for them

It's not about the number of screens dude, its about the vram. If you actually ran a setup like that and tried to up the AA, the card would choke.

Good thing some people don't care about AA? Honestly, maybe it's because I'm a nerdy Asian with bad eyesight and glasses, but I never noticed itty bitty details that AA and Shadows and Textures and Motion Blurring offered. I just turned the Graphics settings on High and game
