how do I overclock this system?

CPU: AMD Phenom 2 X6 1100T
GPU: Sapphire ATI RADEON HD6950
PSU: Raidmax 730W
RAM: 8GB Patriot 1600
RAM: 8GB Talent 1333
MOBO:Asus M4A88T-V
Case: Blac X
Optical: LG DVD 24X
HDD: 7200 Sata II 1T

What CPU cooler do you have? And why do you have 2x8GB of RAM? Is that added together for 16GB RAM?

Hyper 212 and yes the RAM is a total of 16g. I separated the two because they're two different speeds. I guess I don't know if this is OK or not so I was hoping if someone saw it they would comment. Does it matter?
