Need something for wife to use her laptop on. Not one of the trays that sit over your lap but an actual stand. Any recommendations?? Rep for good buy.

I had one of those ... it's ok if you're sitting on the couch and need it to project over (and under) the couch. Kinda cheap-y and the 2 tilting tables is annoying. I recall I modded mine so that I could get it to a height that it wouldn't do on its own.

This is what we're currently using and I like it more. It works the best in a lay-z-boy or recliner, though I sometimes use it on the couch. You can tuck it up real close to you when you're sitting and then put your legs through it. Ours are "mooched" from a friend, left behind after a party. She knows they're here and borrows them back sometime. They must be made in a few colors, as ours are a richer, darker color. Plus, there's 4 of them and they have a stand and it all tucks away nicely. The other thing didn't ever tuck away, so lent itself to clutter.

Yea we have a set of those. Not very roomy though IMO. Also the wheels ont he other one are a plus and I like the adjustable height.
