Most online retailers have plenty in stock, I doubt they're discontinuing it. I bought my Black Widow on sale for $49.99 at NCIX last week too biggrin.gif

Likely better than everything save perhaps a Deck Legend.
Go DECK!

Love my deck, almost a year now (Legend fire) and the keys haven't worn and everything is JUST LIKE BRAND NEW!

The thing is without a doubt the sturdiest keyboard I have ever seen/used/heard of. They use some mind blowingly high quality materials / parts in the making of it too.

If you can afford it there isn't a reason not to go deck... had an OCN user (and steam friend) here buy a DAS after MONTHS of me telling him to buy a deck.. He resold the DAS a week after getting it because he hated it.

Couldn't help but say "told ya so"

Before the DECK I had the 7g and it was the complete polar opposite.. Terrible support, no replacement parts sold, cheap as (...) quality and the keys FELL OFF when turned upside down. I used to love Steelseries mice / keyboards / pads but its going to be hard to buy from them again after that abomination.. Oh and it wears as easily as a razer keyboard (Aka 2 weeks of use and its shiny as can be, lettering dirtied and all)

Deck somewhat interests me but I've heard of alot of problems with them

Not certain if they are well grounded complaints or not.

I just saw the duck on top of the screen and saw the posts, definitely interesting.

How are Ducky's in comparison to say, Filco's and Leopold's tho?

I will say, from the pictures I've seen, Ducky's and Lepold's look indentical.

I don't doubt that they are, but how comparable is the question.

I've seen that Ducky's use Friction lock feet, which im not super fond of, prefer snap lock style, maybe not so much of an issue as you would think tho.

Also since when to people who buy mechanical keyboards buy them from places like Best Buy, Futureshop, and Microcenter. Mechanical keyboards are too high quality for them.

It could also be an issue with the company that makes Cherry MX switches, the xarmor website down at the same time as these supposed rumors about the black widow?
