How is that, 6GB HDD? It must be a typo, I haven't heard of that since the 1990's

Other than that you should really buy a decent PSU like the Antec Eartwatts 380W, it is not expensive. What you picked up is low quality and if that brakes it can brake all the rest of the components along. You can save up by buying a Phenom II 955 which is just as good and can be OCed just as much.

Hd5670 is a very poor card.
The psu you choosed is also not upto the mark.
For the gpu you can have gtx460/hd5770 if you want to keep it under tight budget.
For the psu,get the corsair vx550.
Hope you like the components I mentioned!!

M4A87TD EVO over M4A87TD/USB3
Probably costs the same as that rather high-priced board (for features) and the 8+2 VRMs are a lot safer and better

what the build will be used for ? if for gaming i recommend these :
Phenom II 820-925 AM3 95w Tray
Asus M4A87TD EVO
CoolerMaster Hyper212\\Hyper N\\Corsair A50\\70 CPU Cooler
4GB Kingston RAM 1600 Mhz
Sapphire\\HIS\\XFX HD 5770 at least or better Sapphire\\Asus\\Gigabyte\\XFX HD 6850
500GB Western Digital Blue Sata2 (there is no benefit in sata3 for HDDs only for SSDs)
430w PSU Corsair\\Seasonic\\Antec
this should cost you less and wield better performance in games

for photoshop and other goodies build i recommend these :
Phenom II 1055T
SSD OCZ Vertex 2\\Agility 2
Asus\\Powercolor\\XFX GeForce GT 430 (for CUDA)
Diablo 3 24/7
