I am not sure if it is a LED fan or is it a cooler. The fan on top with the blue light is not working. The fan on the side is working well.. I have a picture attached. Someone help me. I want to know whether my performance of my computer will be affected because of this problem.

I doubt it'll make a crippling difference. I don't even run a top fan on my P182 and temps are fine.

yes you should change it if it aint working, as its effectng your airflow and could possible make your PC run hotter and unstable. a new good case fan is only around $5-10

I think it's fairly safe to say that you don't need to replace it. You already have an exhaust fan on the side. The top was just an extra exhaust fan to release a little more hot air to the outside of the case.

You should definitely clean the dust off your fans every so often so they will not break like your blue one.

I would just replace it, however I do have OCD about these sort of things
Heat rises, so having that fan sucking it all out the top of the case is pretty beneficial.

Replace it if you feel the urge.

But get a dual ball bearing fan and not a sleeve bearing one.

Try this first: lubricate that fan. See item 3 in my sig.
