I'll just post the links.

Setting up HFM

Remote monitoring
HFM remote monitoring
Or
Dropbox HFM remote monitoring - This one seems easier to me

Remote desktop
Teamviewer
or
Logmein - I find LMI better than TV for personal use.
Never thought of using Dropbox to monitor. Good tip

Logmein over TV? really? I quickly switched to TV once I knew it existed, don't like Logmein at all. Plus, TV is free to use on Android. Accessing all my rigs from anywhere in the world = massive win

@ OP; no to antivirus. The risk is minute, tiny, minimal. I only have ESET on my main rig, the two folding rigs don't run anything else, so they don't need protecting. I'm sure someone in a tin-foil hat will tell you otherwise, but if you're sensible, AV is usually overkill. And it wastes cycles that can be put towards research

Its really simple, just direct your HFM page to your dropbox folder.
The rest of the guide is basically so you have a easy to remember URL, but I usually have that saved on my phone anyways.

Logmein is nice when you have a farm of rigs or multiple computers, and it has a few more features.
I have the app on my iPhone and find it better than the TV one.

I've got mine setup as shares, and one rig publishes the webpage of stats, so I'm set It's a nice simple idea for noobs though

LogmeIn "whatever it's called" costs £22 on Android, hence my excitement when I found TeamViewer for free
TV just has a list of clients (you know this, you use TV...) so all my rigs are clients, so one tap and I can switch between them

I don't know what features you need, but full desktop [as if you're actually sat at it] access is enough for me

Thanks all. I got it all set up. Is it normal to have some CPU WUs only give 1000 PPD while others give 4000 PPD? Is there anyway to optimize my system to get more PPD?
