These are taken from Asus official website:

slots (Single@x16 or dual@x8/x8 mode or dual@x16/x1 mode)
x PCIe 2.0 x16 2 1 x PCIe 2.0 x16 slot (black, max.@x4 mode, compatible with PCIe x 1 and x4 devices)
1 x PCIe 2.0 x 1 slot

So use your first and third slots, you will have a x8/x8 SLI set up and performance loss is around 1-3% in comparison with x16/x16.

Btw, what does "FBS" even mean anyway?

If you look in your owners manual on page ix (give or take a page or two) it will show what goldbranch posted.

The site states that board only supports crossfire (amd) not SLI.

Under Multi GPU support...

i bought the Asus P8H67-M Pro/CSM and i'm kind of confused i think it can overclock but, i was tol H67 boards can not overclock.

I'm not sure it would be a good idea as it doesn't have that great of a phase, 3+1+2 phase i did how ever install some VRM heat sinks on some of the VRMs that didn't have heat sinks but, got hot under stress testing..
