Double posts, however, are somethign I can handle.

Guys it's not up for debate. Don't do it. There are rules and you need to follow them. Z is like our "boss" if he came in to our jobs and requested us to start stapling pages instead of paper clipping them you would be expected to follow it.

I'm not debating. I just find it not as big of a deal as it's being made out to be.
