Artifacting in Batman Arkham Asylum

I'm currently Playing through Batman Arkham Asylum, and in the middle of the Game, I get artifacting and the game stops for a moment and then continues.

I imediately stopped the game, took of my Overclock and Restarted the Computer.

Loaded back into the game, and got to the exact same spot, it happened again, the exact same thing!

I turned off the game again and checked temperatures, they were completely fine. 41'C max.

What happens is, I have cleared a room of Joker followers, and I open some security doors by hacking a computer with bombs attached to it, when I walk in the hallway for a bit, I hear "did you watch the game last night" and then the Game Artifacts like crazy and freezes for a moment.

What is causing this?!

Err, that's a mission in the game, it's supposed to be like that.

There's a mission (or whatever they're called) in the game where you will get artifacting/crackling sound/whatever, it's supposed to be like that in the game it's not your system.. Assuming you're at this part..
