How to find VID on i7?

Thread Starter
So basically I'm trying to find my VID.

With C1E and Speedstep disabled, my core is 1.12v @ full load (CPU-Z), is that "the" VID?

And what is the average vid for i7 950?

I think my VID is 1.28125 V, but I was just checking if somebody found an easy way to see it like on Gigabyte boards.
