Either on BIOS or with a Windows based software from AMD, AMD Overdrive, and start upping the multiplier

There's a lot of threads on here that can help you with that, but my first suggestion would be to get a better cooler for your CPU before you up it. Otherwise it will overheat. I know your next question will be which cooler you should get. There's some talk about that but I would say must people agree on the H70 or the Noctua NH D-14. I'm going with the NH D-14 but I'll leave that up to you. Hope that helped.

Definitely get a better cooler. Even if you don't spend the money on the noctura or h70, both good coolers, most any aftermarket solution will vastly outperform the stock cooler.

Ok I will look at those coolers that were suggested and get a better Fan and heatsink for my processor before trying to overclock it

I don't recommend overclocking on that mobo, MA785GMT-UD2H is an older, low end 4+1 phase mobo not designed for overclocking such high TDP processors
