I like to keep my PC quite clean. All I have at this point is Windows 7, Firefox, NVIDIA drivers from their website, ASUS Xonar drivers from their website, Steam, and Ventrilo.

It hasn't crashed during anything else. Only during games.
as i previously mentioned before, your BSOD indicates that there's something going on with your gfx card. try to use one card at a time and see how it goes. alternatively, you can reinstall nvidia driver, but please make sure that all old drivers are completely uninstalled.

Uhh I'm not quite sure if this is supposed to happen but my GPUs are getting up to 80C on watercooling according to EVGA precision.

I guess it could be the heat...

Is that normal...?

Video card #1 is about 10-15 degrees hotter than the second on load.
Im getting lower temps on my GPU on air. Sitting around 50-55C idle and upwards of 70-75c under load. Could the GPU waterblocks not be seated properly? As others have said, it looks like you are at the point where you need to troubleshoot the graphics cards one at a time and see where the failure is.
Sounds heh... sound card related... check your IRQ assignments and be sure the audio card is not sharing with something else... perhaps a video card or something else bandwidth crucial. Had a similar issue for awhile, and moved the SC to a different slot, driver wiped, and have not had the issue since... could be wrong... but at least its a place to start.

Sometimes even though the card may be factory overclocked, it does not mean that the overclock will be stable. Try them on stock speeds. If no crash, up the speeds until unstable again and keep the stable max speeds.

^^ This is a problem. Something is wrong with your loop's flow, or your GPU blocks aren't mounted correctly.

Now, for your shutdown issue...is your CPU overclocked? If so, set it to stock settings and see if the issue persists...before you do anything else.

The noise is very loud an obnoxious. I don't want to blame my soundcard because I guess if it's the computer it would cause that to happen anyways. It's like the game is continuing the same sound that just ended over and over, but it's like AH AH AH AH AH AH AH AH in my ears. It's awful.

It's the sound card. Delete sc driver and take out the card..restart computer and play game to confirm.

Video card #1 is about 10-15 degrees hotter than the second on load.

Your temps seems very high given that your have loads of radiator capacity and dual 35x/355 pumps.

Also you are cooling your GFX cards in parallel which means they should pretty much have the same temperature (maybe 1-2C difference given build tolerances).

I suspect you might have a seating/mounting problem with your blocks or maybe traped air between block and GPU.

I copied the following images from you GFX card assembly build log:

I noted 2 tings in the above photos:
  1. It seems you applied a lot of TIM. Maybe too much. Also it is not very evenly spread which might cause air to become trapped.
  2. The second image is posted after the first one in your log. If you took that image AFTER you applied the TIM the TIM will now be messed up by lying on the plastic bag.

It is a bit hard to see the above. Can you post the images in higher resolution?

Also you might want to disable the hot card and see how it works. But if the hot card is 80+ C and the coolker card is about 70 C then I would say both cards are very hot. On the Skineelabs webpage he reports about 50C on an overclocked GT480 cooled by one RX360 rad with fans at 1350 RPM.

You are using 2 x 360 (TA rads not too different from the RX 360 used in Skinnees testing) but you are also cooling the CPU. I suspect you should see temps in the 50-60C range when overclocked...
