Crashing in Games - Page 4

WOAA

Just noticed in your build log:

Note how the inlet and outlet on the SLI bridge are running from the same tube inside the bridge. NO WATER IS CIRCULATING YOUR CARDS!!!

You need to mover either the the top fitting to the top left hole OR move the bottom fitting to the bottom left!!!!

Look at this picture I draw of the parallel SLI bridge in one of your earlier posts:

You MUST use one A and one B for inlet/out. Not two of the same. The water will just run straigh through.

Move it and you will become happy I hope.

It seems both of his threads have come to the same conclusion. (I just posted the exact same thing in his other thread).

Good image Nordar, you don't mind if I use that from now on do you?

Why leave drivers for a last resort, that should be the first thing you try. Its the quickist and probably most effective way to fix the problem.

IMHO you should always check temperature first when you crash and have modified the stock cooling. Could easily have burned/damaged those babies.

your gpus are overheating because they aren't being cooled by the water. You have to move the inlet to the other side of the block

Basically, 2xGTX 580s, i7-980x, and 1200 watt power supply. My CPU runs around a cool 30 degrees. I haven't checked my video card temperatures but I assume they are fine...
When running Black Ops for a minute or so, or any random amount of time, my computer will make a random noise (not a motherboard noise, a noise in my headphones) and just shut down. I don't believe it's a heat problem because I use watercooling. I also really don't believe it is a PSU problem because my system doesn't draw THAT much power, does it?

I don't know why it's doing that but when I boot up, I get a windows error that says I bluescreened. Anyone know? Should I turn my graphics card settings down because they're all literally on max. 32x, 16x, etc.
This is also a problem, you assumed something and this is what happens. When troubleshooting never just skip a step because you assume anything.
