But it looks like you've got it done.
What does that mean?

Does that mean it's gonna get hotter?

Well, it will warm up. Eventually, you'll reach a point where the loop temp stabilizes as the heat generated is pumped out from the rads, and it equalizes where it won't get much hotter unless you're playing something that's really pushes the gpu's or cpu.

(I idle at between 30 and 32c on all gpu's...load around 50c (tf2) and a bit over 60c with metro 2033. Room temp about 20c.

Are you using afterburner or gpuz to monitor temps?

*I'll be adding more rad soon.

EVGA precision and RealTemp also keeps track of GPU1.

Yeah I'm idling right now at 30C. Youtube pushes me up to 34C. TF2 pushed me to 37C. I'll try blackops when it installs.

That's with everything on high though. 16x Anisotropic, 64x Antialiasing, 16x supersample. All things set for quality.

how cold is your room? lol

then again, you probably have more rad than me...those temps are great.
play BO for an hour or so and let us know then.

Thats awesome, quite the jump from pc shutting off due to heat! Im glad to hear its coming along.
After spending so much cash on high end pc parts it sucks when they dont work.
Also when you use IBT setting it to 10-20 runs will stress your cpu more and give you a better indication of how well your cooling is working

Thanks guys. I really appreciate all the help.

Right now, with the computer placed back under my desk and under mimimal load (installing Black Ops on Steam, this thread, EVGA Precision, and Vent) I'm getting 29-32C. GPU1 is at 31C and GPU2 at 30C. This is so much better!!!

But are these normal temps for video cards under water under no load?
Yes, those are totally normal temperatures. Even after you overclock them I wouldn't expect them to pass 50C while running Furmark benchmarking program.

I ran blackops for about an hour in full graphics at 1920x1200 and I was running at 40C max. Is that high?

No. That is normal.

Good that this has finally been sorted out!

Perhaps you can go back to your build log of the graphics card and add a post with a link to this thread so that when people use your build log in the future for reference when building their own, they will be alerted.
