Well what are you doing with said computer? The worst that can happen is you use it for a month and then when you catch poor fps on a heavily loaded CPU game you throw it out the window and start over... Or you decide you wanna overclock and find your motherboard is limiting you... Or your GPU is bottlenecked by the rest of your system making it not such a good deal.

I personally like the 790 but always shy from the open box stuff, but then again newegg has always had a good rma / refund policy.

purely for gaming. i wont even plan on overclocking. just install the parts play the game and hoping the game runs on high settings smoothly.

i was just thinking to buy the graphx card and sell it and make some profit

The CPU/Mobo combo looks pretty good. But I'm sure you can get better RAM

Really depends on the games, newer games are able to utilize more cores, there are some games you wont be able to run on high with higher end systems (someone yells 'crisis' from background) so really I would get a computer that has upgrade...ability(?) The xms3 ram I put in my screen of newegg isnt really the best but I was trying to keep it really close to your original post price of 550 shipped
