Last night my PSU dies silently OCZ modxtreme 700 watts, no burning smell no explosion, it just shuts down then turn back on again without booting.. i decided to bring my pc to the computer shop, they test the CPU, RAM, and MOBO, vid card on another power supply it works, but they didn't test it for a long time they just let it boot then they turned it off.. im worrying if i buy another power supply but the PSU failure might harmed other components and eventually died down after sometime.. how to test it if its stable that no problems will arise in the future..? my specs are

i7 860
msi p55 mobo
gtx 295
8gb corsair ram
1 tb green power hd
500 seagate hd

i bought it last year february 24

You're components should be fine, the psu has measures to prevent such damage.Would have possibly been something to worry about if you had a no-name cheapy unit, but i'd say you'll more than likely be absolutely fine.Your stuff was tested and boots, thats good, means mobo is fine, and this probably would have been the first thing to fry if that was the case.
